Happy Birthday To My Dad...

But he went to sleep when I got home.
I'm sorry.
I love you Dad.
Happy Sweet 60th Birthday.

Your-not-so-filial-son.

I got myself screwed up once again.

How long would you judge for a period of 2-3 years? Long? Short?
To me, it seemed like hell.

If you've had an opportunity, would you grab it, or let it go away?
I'd take no delay to grab the opportunity, but I'd screw it in the end.

Do you find it hard to communicate with me?
I have no idea, nobody ever told me about it. But it seemed so.

Why do I always seemed so focused?
This is something you will never understand.

I've always been told that I wasn't serious.
Teach me how then, I'm willing to learn.

I seriously don't get it. Everytime I try to get things back, I end up screwing myself up. I give myself stupid excuses, and none of them are yet true. I asked, but it turned out to be otherwise. Sometimes I just wished, you would tell me straight. What were you thinking? Why am I always implying the wrong ideas? What do you really understand about me? I know I don't, cause I always wreck things up.

One year isn't a pretty fast period, be it 2 years and on. I will still hold on, no matter how long it takes.
I asked for forgiveness, it didn't seem so afterall.

Help, I have done it again
I have been here many times before
Hurt myself again today
And, the worst part is there's no-one else to blame
Ouch I have lost myself again
Lost myself and I am nowhere to be found,
Yeah I think that I might break
Lost myself again and I feel unsafe
Hold me, wrap me up
Unfold me
I am small
and needy
Warm me up
And breathe me

I really don't know.
I really don't. But I cared, and I would, I Should, if I could.
I surely will.

Random Emo-Ing

I really don't feel like expressing myself much now..
So I'll just share a slideshow with you guys and girls for today...
Hope you people enjoy the shots

Mr. Carbon Fibre

Talkin about creativity and cents,
I guess most of the guys who likes motorsports should know the material - Carbon Fibre.
Carbon Fibre is known due to its light-weightness and of course the ever-strong structural bonds together with resin, it makes out a lightweight and rigid car body/aero-dynamic parts, but the only con is, there's not much flexibility.

With nowadays trends getting into lots of variations(especially for girls), I just so happen to stumble upon someone's site again. His items are cool, to name it, from corporate gifts to giving for your loved ones, they all suit and fit nicely into the picture! Let's not say more - Visit Anthony's Site for more information!

*Disclaimer - I do not earn a single cent from referring you people to Mr. Anthony, but nonetheless, sharing is the key for all love!

I Stumbled Again...

I remember back in the younger days, my eldest cousin was the so-called "indian-chief" where most were heard from him(and also elders of the family). I think this was(and maybe still is) very common.
Back at Aunt Lily's house yesterday, the situations were turned almost upside down, in terms, the elders were actually listening and learning from the younger souls! Haha!
My Eldest Cousin Jules was the only person who owned a computer back in the days, while we always gathered at his place during CNYs.
The commotion that happened yesterday - not long after I stepped in i was nailed to his computer busy clickin on my ads and managing my blogstuffs, while add links of him and my youngest cousin Baohui - which I've learnt they've been bloggin too!
At the end of the day, the youngest cousin was the one hoggin on the com(quite common for now I guess), but in terms, it looked like she had the most knowledge on the happenings over the internet too.
For my case, I did alot of sharing to my cousins and relatives over at Aunt Lily's place. For the first time in many years of visiting, they were listening to me instead of me listening to them...
Everyone noticed a huge change in me in just a short period of one year's visit, and much less I was pretty impressed myself too that I nv really had been speakin so much to my family and relatives before... But hey, it's never too late for a change =)
*P.S. - I was quite disappointed that my other cousins didn't turn up as well as when visiting my granny at the home too.

I used to be a geniune listener - and I only love to listen.
I still do, if you have something to share and you do not wish to let many people know, I can be your pandora box =)

Here's what I've stumbled upon while surfin on my lil' cousin's friendster profile.. The other is my very own elder sis with my cousin, like 18 years or more ago???
GUESS WHICH IS ME??? HAHAHAHAHA!!!

I stumbled upon...

I sincerely apologise for the resized smaller pics, until someone can recommend me how to make my posts an easier job.
Anyways, after my post yesterday night, I went to meet my beloved sister, Olivia, after 2+ years of my personal absence.
Her flat had upgraded lifts recently and look! Blue L.E.D lights!

It was a fun gathering back at her house as her pals played mahjong, and this was during half-time, and you can always depend on my sis when you're in a very hungry mood :)
Her kitchen is always "PREPARED FOR WAR TIMES" - Quoted by her friend when she does her groceries shopping.

I was offered this once I stepped in, Taiwanese Cigerattes! The aroma and contents was tastefully wonderful! You can never get such smoothing cigerattes in Singapore I suppose..

And yeah, I just finished my meal, those are Taiwanese 太阳饼, or Sun Biscuits in direct translation, and also the choc fudge cake made by Aunt Annie :D

Surfing around and before I decided to post, I was surifn around Sis' blog and stumbled upon Liz's blog - our procon babe and ex-Mirai singer. Its been a long time since I've catched up with Liz(as long as my sis Olivia). But her post really caught my attention. So I've decided to share with my guys and girls in here too!! ENJOY!!!!!! :D

A Fallen Star... Sad and Shocking News

At 1230pm Today.....

Reuters - 1 hour 24 minutes ago

SINGAPORE, Feb 9 - Ah Meng, an iconic orangutan of the Singapore Zoo who featured in almost 30 travel films and rubbed shoulders with movie stars and royalty, died on Friday of old age, the Singapore Zoo said. She was around 48.

Singapore Zoo will hold a special memorial on Sunday as a tribute to the orangutan, a star at the zoo for the past quarter-century after the "breakfast with Ah Meng" programme was launched, the zoo said in a statement.

"She has touched the hearts of everyone who has met her and contributed immensely in helping promote awareness of how each and every one of us can play a role in anti-poaching, anti-deforestation and conservation matters," said Fanny Lai, group chief executive of Wildlife Reserves Singapore.

"We will miss her dearly."

Orangutans, native to Malaysia and Indonesia, are a species of great apes known for their intelligence, long arms and reddish brown hair. They are highly endangered due to destruction of their rainforest habitats.

Born in Indonesia around 1960, Ah Meng came to the zoo in 1971 after she was confiscated from a family who had kept her as an illegal pet.

She featured in almost 30 travel films and was the subject of more than 270 articles in newspapers and magazines, the statement said. She also became the first and only non-human recipient of the "Special Tourism Ambassador" award in the city-state.

Ah Meng mingled with famous personalities such as Britain's Prince Philip, magician David Copperfield, pop singer Michael Jackson and movie star Elizabeth Taylor.

She leaves behind two sons and two daughters, as well as six grandchildren. In human terms, she was 95 when she died. As a tribute to Ah Meng, the next newborn orangutan at the Zoo will be named Ah Meng Junior, the Singapore Zoo said.

------------

I was really sad when I saw this, I haven't been to the freakin zoo since I was 12. Now I yearn for Nana to be around, at least I could go and see her for the last time.
We love you Ah Meng, may you have a prosperous and luxurious life up there.
Cheerios and God Bless!
