29th August, Saturday Practice Session - 10am - 530pm 
10.00am – 10.15am Briefing for Participants 
10.00am – 12.00pm Free Practice 
12.00pm – 1.00pm Lunch Break 
 2.00pm – 5.30pm Free Practice 

30th August, Sunday - Race Day - 845am - 530pm 
 8.45am – 9.15am Scrutineering 
 9.15am – 9.30am Briefing for Participants 
 9.30am – 12.30pm Gymkhana Race Pattern 1 
12.30pm – 1.30pm Lunch Break 
 1.30pm – 4.30pm Gymkhana Race Pattern 2 
 4.30pm – 5.00pm Eliminator Shoot Out & Team Eliminator Shoot Out 
 5.00pm – 5.30pm Prize Presentation
